Qualification required to join India Navy as a pilot is BE/B.Tech degree in any discipline with Physics & Maths in 12th standard. A candidate holding valid and current CPL issued by DGCA (India)(optional).
They also have a lateral entry like Air Force does for CPL Entrants.
SSB is an integral part of the selection procedure which will be conducted after you get through the written exam.
Indian Coast Guard is another wing of defence and also operates on similar lines of India Navy.
They also have CPL entry and allow candidates to be inducted on Dornier, Chetak, etc., aircraft.

If you are interested, you come back to India and get an Indian CPL then the basic requirements remain the same as in India.
10+2 with 50% marks in PCM. Since you will be returning to India and get your license issued by DGCA here.
In case you are joining them for FAA License then you will have to fly a number of hours more than those required in India.
Expect 250 hours of flying+Multi Engine for 15 hours and hence the total should be around 265 - 270 hours.
So, obviously, you will have to pay more to get FAA license and then come back to India and get it converted to India CPL.

It is a good flying school. Cheaper than most others in Florida Miami. They've got a good number of aircraft and the instructors are also very well experienced. If you are looking to complete your CPL from abroad DEAN is a good option. But do consider the weather before you join the club. Because weather plays a very big role in training there. In times of adverse weather conditions, training flying is completely stopped. So do give it a consideration and study more about when should you join them and what will be the probable duration of training.

SPL & PPL are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training. You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would su

NFTI-Gondia is one of India's premier institutes for pilot training. They have collaboration with CAE which is a global aviation training player. They also conduct Cadet pilot programme for Indigo and Jet Airways. But it is way to expensive than other flying schools in India.

It requires 50% in PCM to be a pilot. And even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.
Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visit http://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htm and go to the class 2nd examiners tab to find out doctors who will examine you for initial fitness. You can visit any doctorate from the list as per your convenience

The level is class 10th maths and reasoning. You can refer to NDA books for officer entry. Although there are no specific books available specifically for IGRUA.

You will have to appear for AFCAT exam which is conducted by Air Force for both Technical Entry and Flying Branch. After clearing AFCAT, you will have to go through AFSB before you get recommended by them for the position that you have applied for.
The AFCAT exam is a 200-mark exam and a merit is decided each time. Candidates who manage to clear that merit are called for AFSB at some designated Air Force stations. Allahabad, Varanasi, Mysore etc. are common stations for AFSB.

PTC doesn't provide CPL Training.
In General :
You need to understand that pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with.
