If you would like to be a pilot in the Indian Air Force, you can do so by taking the NDA entrance exam after Class XII (Phys & Math). In this case your training is free and you will be paid a decent stipend throughout your three years of training at the National Defence Academy, followed by specialised training at the Air Force Academy. After this, you will be commissioned as a Flying Officer and posted as a pilot at an Air Force Station.

Experienced pilot on international route can get 5-6 lakh Rupees per month as salary. To be come a pilot, aspirants need to join Air flying schools after completion of 10+2, they should pass the 10+2 exam with physic, chemistry, math. Minimum marks should be 50%.

Yes, you can definitely become a pilot after completing B.Tech. There are many Pilot School. You can take details from them. My suggestion is after completing B.tech, you can also be able to join Merchant Navy.

Yes, you can opt for BE mechanical after diploma in mechanical but you can't become pilot through BE mechanical, you need to opt for separate pilot training course.
