Yes, it is valid. The NIOS certificate is just violet like other educational board like CBSE ICSE. You can surely apply for the airline institution after your NIOS studies. Thank you.

Hi,
No, it is not necessary to have B.Tech or BE degree to qualify for an IAF pilot you have to pass class 12th grade with compulsory physics and mathematics. You can join NDA directly after passing class 12th, but other courses like CDAC, NCC, and AFCAT you have to complete graduation

In case you have passed class 12th Science, you may join a CPL (Commercial Pilot License) training programme, if you meet the above mentioned educational and medical standards. You may approach private institutes, fill forms and get started. Most Pilot Training institutes have a Pilot Aptitude Test, which a candidate must clear, in order to get selected. Eligibility:
The candidate should be a citizen of India. Candidate should complete the 12th standard from any recognised state board of India. Age limit is between 16.5 to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Girls are not eligible for this exam. Candidate should be physically and medically fit for this exam.
