It's a little bit difficult to pursue M.Tech as it is higher and tougher than B.Tech it requires some research in the field. The field that you like or understand better should be picked for further studies like M.Tech because if you choose some other field it will be tougher for you to career on.

Yes, ofcourse it have good placements in several programme like B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA.
Many Famous companies visit campus to hire people with their recruitments.
And it have also an international placement with 20 LPA in JAPAN .
A significant percentage of students secured placements in the sector of Software and IT field (Especially MCA candidates)
