Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Pune boasts of an amazing placement record. Not only do they get the information technology companies such as Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro Technologies and Capegemini, but also automotive companies such as Audi, Mahindra, Bajaj, Honda, Mercedes, and many more. They even have a really good off campus record, and students have been recruited in good numbers by the Indian Navy too. For your first question, my answer would be that you check the official PCCOE website.

You can get admission into the college by 3 ways:
1) According you MH-CET marks. (By checking cutoff trends for respective branches)
2) According to your JEE rank and marks (by checking cutoff)
3) Institutional level seats (seats remaining after all CAP rounds are conducted). You may or may not get your desired branch.
4) Management quota (for quota fees consult the college directly)

I suggest you should go to PCCOE (SB Patil Institute of Management) as it is not recognised due to it being under PCET( Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust).

You may get electronics and telecommunication engineering in the 2nd round. Though I think if you wait till consecutive rounds, you can surely get it.
