Well, the answer will depend on the university's reputation and your skills/qualification because in India the university's reputation is more important than anything else. Again, no university or programme will guarantee you a job but if you are highly qualified then why not. Not too many Polish universities offer the chemical engineering. Cracow University of Technology and Poznan University of Technology are a few ones. You should research on companies like Engineers India Limited, KBR, Shell, etc. and see the kind of profiles they hire. SAT is not compulsory in Polish universities but it may be required by some universities. You must check their websites for requirements.

Hi,
According to my suggestion if you want to pursue computer science abroad then you can do it from USA. There are institutions like University of California, University of Michigan, Georgia Institute of Technology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, etc. Yes, you will have the opportunity to work part time either inside the campus or maybe nearby the campus.
Another suggestion I want to give you is that you can pursue your Bachelor's in India and then you can go abroad for MS in computer science. Because, our country also has better range of institutions imparting quality learning in the same.
