Hi Ram,
This is a very ambiguous query. Which course you should do is something you have to find out, know your skills and aptitude. Many options could be there from MS IT to animation, you can even do MS management. Check the program structures and curriculum and figure out which is best for your career plans. Don't go for a course which might seem interesting but have modules you might find hard. Go with your interests, know your priority. Here is a link you can see:

In Germany, you can check Jacob University in Bremen, Otto Beisheim University in Germany and University of Applied Sciences Warzburg - Schweinfurt. I am not sure about options in Poland but you can check reputed universities in The Netherlands such as NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences and Arnhem Business School. Institute of Technology Carlow in Ireland is also not bad.

Well, the answer will depend on the university's reputation and your skills/qualification because in India the university's reputation is more important than anything else. Again, no university or programme will guarantee you a job but if you are highly qualified then why not. Not too many Polish universities offer the chemical engineering. Cracow University of Technology and Poznan University of Technology are a few ones. You should research on companies like Engineers India Limited, KBR, Shell, etc. and see the kind of profiles they hire. Check this list of top ranked universities for chemical engineering, try to study in
