I feel, there are no cheapest countries and the cheapest university. Every university has its own value and recognition, as Hritwik Anand suggested GMAT yes it is the best option to study MBA abroad, depending on the score you will have various options to study country wise.

Hi,
You should be eligible. Universities in Poland are not as competitive as in Germany or Canada.
However, it completely depends on the university and the programme of study.
You must visit the university websites for the admission requirements.
