Yes you can take admission in Govt. Polytechnic Pune in Diploma in Computer Engineering. Yours marks are good enough for getting this college. Please apply through DTE Maharashtra website and participate in CAP rounds counselling.

Yes if you are unemployed and have enough time than doing B.Tech is the best idea. You can go for B.Tech 2nd year lateral admission as per the interest of your college.
