Pondicherry is a small city. You can book an Ola cab and directly reach to college without any issue. You can book local cabs also, but it may charge more money as you are new there.

There are plenty of colleges available near Pondicherry for distant learning in psychology. In my opinion, Annamalai University is the best for distant learning. It is a famous university and the best part I like about them is that they call you to live in their university for a month or so for all the practicals and research which no other university provides. Yes, there is an improvement exam in Puducherry for 12th state board 2019 but for that you have to apply one year before appearing for the exams like if you want to appear for exam in 2020 then you have to apply in June 2019.
