Students can apply for Directorate of Distance Education, Pondicherry University courses either in conventional mode - Jan-Feb or TPI mode in Jul-Aug batch. Students can not change the mode once an application has been submitted.

PUDDE eligibility for courses is merit-based. Students can look at the below points for a general idea on Directorate of Distance Education, Pondicherry Univeristy eligibility:

  • Class 12 from recognised board for UG admissions
  • Graduation from a recognised university for PG admissions

Yes, there are government services in the market after completing a BTech course from Pondicherry University. The companies that released jobs for BTech qualified are: 

  • Indian Railways
  • ONGC
  • BHEL
  • ISRO,   etc.
