Admission criteria to NIT Puducherry is both, merit and entrance based. The eligibility criteria to get into NIT Puducherry programmes is graduation in any discipline (this may vary from course to course) with a minimum aggregate of 60%, along with entrance exams. For UG courses, candidates need to acquire a minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12, along with valid entrance scores.
