The PU-CET is a mandatory entrance exam for admission to postgraduate at DAV College Abohar. howwever, there may be some exceptions. But I would recommend checking the college's official website or contacting their admissions office directly to get the most up-to-date information. They might have some other criteria or requirements that you can meet to get admission without PU-CET like
1. Merit-based admission
2. Entrance exams e.g. GATE, JAM, CSIR-UGC NET
3. University entrance exams e.g. Punjabi University's entrance exam
4. Quota-based admission e.g. SC/ST/OBC,
5. Interview
