For B.E. / B.Tech admission at PPG Institute of Technology, you need your 10th and 12th marksheets, transfer and migration certificates, character certificate, passport-size photos, ID proof like Aadhaar, entrance exam scorecard if required, and caste certificate if applicable. Always confirm the final list with the college all document should be correct any misinformation cause in rejection of admission.

The PPG Institute of Technology (PPGIT) in Coimbatore, which is connected to Anna University, normally conducts semester exams and releases results according to the academic calendar of the university.  After exams are over, Anna University usually distributes the results of the semester exams 30 to 45 days later.  On November 3, 2023, for example, the results of the tests for the first, third, and fifth semesters were released.

It is anticipated that the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2025 rank list would be made public on June 27, 2025.  For engineering admissions throughout Tamil Nadu, including at the PPG Institute of Technology (PPGIT) in Coimbatore, this ranking list establishes eligibility.

Candidates will be able to choose their desired universities and courses depending on their ranks during the TNEA counseling procedure after the rank list is released.  In accordance with the seat allocations, candidates are required to confirm their seats and report to the designated institutions within the designated timeframes.

PPG Institute of Technology (PPGIT), Coimbatore has different TNEA cutoffs for different courses and categories.  For example, the closing ranks for the OC category in 2024 varied from 4,970 to 103,252 for different technical specialties.  Particular courses, such as BE Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, had a closing rank of 98,679 in Round 2, while BE Computer Science and Engineering had a closing rank of 4,970 in Round 3.
