Software development is an intellectual activity which may not require formal degrees. However, Qualifications accepted in Indian IT industry for Software Developer are BTech CSE/ IT or BCA or MCA or BSc IT or MSc IT. This may be unfair, but unfortunately even if you do some certification on Software development it will not help you to get a good job.

Dear Priyanka , you have posted in Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming & Comics (AVGC) - India , hence i would like to suggest , yes after your B.com you can join a animation professional course of minimum of 1 year duration or more , this will definitely help in building a professional career in animation , hopefully after B.com even you should be able to Opt a JAVA course as well , but i'm not sure of its demand and scope in today's market. All the best.

Mohamed good to see you have a technical and artistic interests. One such course that requires both is Game designing . Plus you can also do B.tech in CSE that will land you in a Software development job. A good software developer uses both technical as well as artistic mind.
Hope this helps :)
