Yes. You have a chance to become programmer. Start learning software programming, do some certifications and try switching to IT related roles. The main issue here would be with the salary you would be offered. As you have 10 years of non-IT experience, you would be expecting some CTC which might not be offered to you as you lack IT experience. So, as per me, switching to IT project management kind of roles would be a better alternative for you instead of switching to programming. You can keep learning programming and do freelance projects side by side.

In your 6 semesters you must have learnt C, C+, Java, this, Algorithms which are compulsory subjects in course curriculum. If you want to learn another programming language go for python. Even if you don't Keane a new programming language it's not an issue just learn one language with advance proficiency. This and Algo should be in the core of your heart. Learn some industrial frameworks. Which are necessary for working in a real life project. Learn Java efficiently it is still the language which is in demand. Java won't die easily. Learn it make some apps make some projects and learn some frameworks. If interested in Machine learning

If you are asking this question just after 12th, then it's normal that you won't be familiar with everything. If you have the interest to Keane programming. If you love maths logical thinking then go for BCA. Programming can be learnt. I am not saying programming is easy but it's even not hard. If you practice daily you can be one the best programmer. Yes, it is good. CCNA RHCA are the good Certification you can go for. There are various Institute offering training for preparation of such certification. IOT is an awesome tech to be the most popular job in coming years. Moreover, the demand for ethical hackers will never decrease. And python it is the one of the most in demand programming language and the most loved programming language in today's world among developers. All the best. The technologies you listed are very good. If you are saying machine language, then you should have been specific. If its machine learning then it's the best job in today's world. Today python programmers are in high demand. Machine learning has taken almost everything. Sorry if its machine language. Let me know if it's not a typo.
