I think computer programming is much better than medical coding. In computer programming, you have options like C, C+, Java, Python, etc. It has a better scope too.

Computer Science Engineering is a course, which is designed to give you the knowledge of Computers and Technology. Computer Programming is a computer language (eg python, Java, C+ etc. ). You can say, computer programming is the syllabus part of computer Science engineering. Hope this helps.

You can learn a programming language like Python. There are tutorials available on YouTube and toes videos really help a lot, if you are a beginner. After learning basics, try to solve puzzles as many as possible. It will help you to build your coding logic. All the best.
