There is a wide range of opportunities in programming languages. But, there are so many languages like C, PHP, Java, C+, Python, etc. Choose your language which you have interest and learn and research. Practice more and more. Once you have skills in any language, you can join any organisation as a programmer. Coding is involved in all the three branches. Hi,
The comparison of courses which you have mentioned is a little odd. The most important thing is your interest. CCNA is a networking certification course, RHCE is Linux, and PHP is designed for development. If you are interested in networking as a career, then CCNA is the option whereas RHCE is good for Linux Admin/System Admin. Being honest with you, it's really difficult to suggest which course would help you to get an immediate job but I would suggest you go for CCNA. Also, I would strongly say that CCNA is a big course and basic concepts must be cleared.
