Programming languages are just like human languages, but these are for computers specifically.
It's the ways in which you give commands to computer. .
Just like while talking to an Englishman, you need to talk in English and for a Hindi man, you talk in Hindi.
If you learn programming language, you'll get jobs related to programmers or coders.
You can learn simple languages in just a span of 2 -3 month, but learning core languages is quite tough, but not impossible.
Thank you.

Hi Shubham,
It is very difficult to tell about a college for internship according to your interest in python and also internship is never around a particular programming language.
It would be better if you can try and get in touch with the current college students for colleges near your area through social media or in person.

I think, you should not wait because this year, Ebiz is mostly in demand. You can go ahead with Bangalore course and not wait for Mumbai because there are very less vacant seats as of now. So, keep Ebiz program since it's some what same at both the locations. Don't worry, you will have good companies and business exposure there. If not Ebiz you can also apply and try for other good colleges of you have good score. Cheer up! All the best!
