No, you cannot check the PSTET Result offline. The exam authority does not publish the PSTET result in offline mode. The candidates have to check the PSTET result in online mode. The candidates have to visit the official website regularly after the PSTET exam is concluded to know the latest information of the PSTET result. After the release of the PSTET results, the certificates will be released for the PSTET.
