Yes, you can do MA in Psychology after completion of B.A. In English course. The course is eligible for the students who have completed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc. Psychology after completing B.A. Psychology.

For Amity University mumbai there is a subjective test + interview. You have to score about 80% in the test for admission, and after that you will have to give the interview.
