In India, organizational psychology is only available at the master's level. Instead, you can pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) in applied psychology. Students are taught about psychological assessment, leadership, work motivation, and other related topics in the organizational psychology course. The master's course was created to meet industry standards. You can work as a corporate trainer, an assessment supervisor, or a human resources manager with this degree. For this, you need to have Bachelor Degree in any discipline with atleast 45% marks in aggregate (42.75% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually/ Differently Abled etc. candidates). The admission is based on entrance exams and its cutoff keeps changing every time. Since the intake capacity is upto a maximum number of 40 students, the cutoff is decided on that basis only
