Yes, even if you didn't have psychology jn 12th, still you can opt for in colleges. Delhi University, Chandigarh University and almost every college allows you this facility.

Hello,
Cut off for BSc. PCM group was 75% last year. For BSc. Bio group it was 70%.
Candidate having marks above 50% can easily get admission in BCom.
No cut off for B.A.

There are many options open for you. You can join under graduate course in Delhi university either in regular or in open learning. After graduation you will need to complete your Masters in any of the physiological subject such as criminal, clinical or child, etc.
