Yes, you can definitely go for Psychology without appearing for any entrance exams but do keep in mind that most of the top Psychology colleges in Delhi NCR require the students to appear for entrance exams like CUET and CUET PG. So it would be advised to appear for the popular entrance exams.

There are about 100+ best Psychology colleges in Delhi/NCR. Out of these, 40+ are owned by the private sector, 30+ are owned by the government sector and 6 by the semi-government institutions. 

 Amity University, DU, LSR College for Women, DU, Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, JMI and Indraprastha College for Women are the best colleges for Psychology courses in Delhi.
