Eligibility for M.Sc in Psychology is as below:
A student who has passed in BA or B.Sc Psychology Degree from a recognized university with minimum of 50% aggregate. Students having any other degree such as Bachelor of Social Work BSW BA Sociology, B.Sc Home Science, BA Philosophy or B.Ed with Psychology papers.

It is certainly possible to pursue Masters in Psychology, even though you have obtained Bachelor's degree in some other field. Most of the people who apply for Master's degree come from varied field and this creates mélange of student coming from different field and sharing knowledge and helping other to gain further insight. You need to research a bit about such universities.

The University offers BA (Psychology)-Hons program in regular mode. Hence, there is no facility available to study this course as external student.

I don't know exactly if there is any specific book to prepare for RIE CEE. But you can go to the bookstore and ask or any B.Ed entrance guide or practice set will help you. Books you can refer are R. Guptas B.Ed entrance and Arihant IGNOU B.Ed.

Yes, you are eligible and for admission, some colleges offer direct admission but some don't and also for govt. colleges, you'll have to beat the entrance exam.

You have to take IELTS to meet the English language requirements. No other test is required as such but you must have scored around 80% in your 12th.

The eligibility is you need to have studied B.A., B.Sc. 50% seats will be filled through B.A./B.Sc. course with psychology as one of
the paper or specialization and remaining 50%seats to any other degree
recognized by Andhra University.
