Yes you can go for PhD after MSc Clinical Psychology. In India many universities offer PhD Clinical Psychology or related fields.

Admission needs a strong academic record, relevant research interests and also sometimes qualifying exams or interviews.

Yes, an MSc in Clinical Psychology is considered challenging and tough but manageable if you are passionate about the subject.
