At this age, you can easily do BA but it's better to take distance courses. I know about Annamalai University where you can easily pursue any course.

The eligibility criteria is as below.
Eligibility for entrance mode admission
Candidate must have done BA (Hons.) or BA in Psychology from any recognized university with 55% in Psychology and 55% minimum aggregate or must be a graduate/post graduate from a recognized Indian university with a minimum aggregate of 60% .
Eligibility for Merit mode admission:
Candidate must have done BA (Hons.) in Psychology and Applied Psychology from University of Delhi with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
