Yes, you can go for other courses too. If you wish to continue your current education and pursue a distance degree in B.Sc. In psychology you can go for it. But the advise would be not to show both the degrees simultaneously as it is not accepted to study 2 different degrees at the same time. Just keep in mind that if you make a career in Psychology, its has different scope from Dental. Kindly consult a dental or a Psychologist to makean informed decision. For Distance education, IGNOU and DU (SOL) are the 2 of the best renounced Universities in India.

For getting admission in SYBA or TYBA, you must be doing FYBA from somewhere. Right? I am afraid, practically it's not feasible. If you are doing FYBA, then it's equivalence in this new university needs to be established. Then getting migration, acceptance by proposed university are very tough. It is better to continue in present university or start afresh in new place.
Best wishes.

You indeed have very good intentions. But, as you must have guessed, you cannot do two regular courses simultaneously. This is so, since you cannot attend two classes at the same time. I would advise you to download brochure cum application form of IGNOU, go through it and select any course that you like.
Best wishes.
