Hello Abhishek,
Aah, you have brought in a very interesting subject, sychology and psychiatry. Former is arts or Science sub whereas latter is in medical realm. There is of course a relationship but it's etheral. Psychologists analyse psyche of a person and recommend some behavioral changes. On the other hand psychiatrists treat one's brain by giving meds. Hello Rich,
It's very nice to your interest in the subject of psychology. It's good and has many specialist branches in PG. However psychiatry is different. It's a branch of medicine. One needs to be MBBS before pursuing MD in psychiatry. But there are many branches in psychology that you can select from for your PG.

You may opt universities like Amity University, where you may choose journalism with psychology or psychology with journalism.

Hi Priya,
Of course you are eligible or M.Sc in psychology. Make sure you don't have any backlog in your final semester.
M.Sc in applied psychology is a 2-year postgraduate course program in applied psychology. Eligibility to this is a B.Sc. or any relevant degree in related discipline with an aggregate of 55% or equivalent CGPA or candidates who have completed their B.Sc degree with subjects like maths, physics, and chemistry, etc. from a recognized institute (in a science stream) are also eligible.
The fee for the course varies between INR 25,000 and 90,000 in India.
