The CUCAT syllabus for MSc Applied Psychology will mostly include the psychology syllabus of the undergraduate level. Psychology courses are vast course and they can be divided into several specialisations. Both Arts and Science streams are offered in this domain. Psychology is rarely offered as a five-year integrated course in colleges. The duration of the Psychology course varies according to the programme level (undergraduate or postgraduate) and type (full-time, part-time, certificate, etc.).
For a full-time programme, the UG level programmes are of three years duration, whereas the PG programmes are of two years duration. The pedagogy of Psychology courses involves both theories as well as practical lessons.
