As you are a B.Sc graduate you are eligible to apply for an intermediate course
or executive examinations. You are exempted from foundation course.
As per the rule of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India if you are directly applying for intermediate course/executive examination you will have to complete core subject of foundation course through coaching or postal
course.
