The nearest centre for this institute would be in New Delhi. There is no centre in Pathankot or Chandigarh.

Hello Dinesh,
Study by distance learning is recommended for those courses that have less amount of practicals. Since a student is supposed to learn at his convenience in his home. But painting, I feel requires lot of hand holding and practicals and hence not possible by distance learning. You can seek private tuition if you are interested in learning the art-form.

There is separate admission procedure for students from states other than Tamil Nadu (Tamil Nadu). There will be an open advertisement in newspapers (may be not all over India)or you can constantly check the Anna University website where the admission notices start to display from March/April for the consequent year.
