Based on academic achievements and infrastructure, placement records and cell, academics, fee structure Chandigarh University is better and has out taken many universities in North India including Sharda University. So Chandigarh University would be better.

GNDEC is a semi-government so it maintains its level. Its civil and mechanical engineering department is very good, but CSE department is not as good when compared to the civil and mechanical department.
