There is no good college in Chandigarh for hospital management. You can try for IIHMR-Jaipur or Bangalore.

You don't have to take GRE and SAT at the same time because SAT is for UG course and GRE is for PG programs, these tests are mainly for USA. So, first you decide what to study and then appear for the exam.

As you mentioned CBSE, therefore, I am considering that you seek admission in BE/B.Tech.
For admission in NIT, you need to have minimum 75% marks in class 12th.
For admission in Thapar University, the eligibility criteria is as follows-
Minimum 60% marks in class 12th and at least 20% aggregate marks in JEE Mains 2017.
Or
At least 80% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 15% aggregate marks in JEE mains 2017.
