Hello Pranav,
Lateral entry is normally restricted to within the state. So, if you are domicile of Punjab, then perhaps you can get admission laterally in PTU.

If you are solely concerned to study in Chandigarh then Chandigarh University will be a better choice, given its MBA placement records are very good.

Hello Rajat,
You have not mentioned as to how much is your score in 12th. But only 108 out of 360 looks a little on the lower side. Government college looks difficult but perhaps you can get admission in a private college.

You can not take admission in B.Sc nursing as for B.Sc nursing, the applicant must have passed in 10+2 examination with subjects physics, chemistry, biology and English with aggregate 50% marks.
