Punjab University is a recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission). The education quality of their programs are good and also provides students support such as placement assistance for their different management programs.

As per MHRD 2016 ranking, VIT University is ranked 13 and PEC University Chandigarh is ranked 37. Therefore, based on ranking, VIT University is a better option for doing B.Tech in comparison to PEC University, Chandigarh.

Kindly mention the name of the university/institute. Well let me tell you that Chandigarh University is a private university in Chandigarh and Bangalore University is a state University (government).
If you are able to find a good college under Bangalore University then you should go for that because the fee structure would be comparatively less otherwise go for Chandigarh Univerity provided its placements for B.Tech is top notch.

Your rank is not too low. Hence, I would say that you have enough chances of getting admission in your desired institute.

TIME institution is the best. IMS is the best alternative. Don't choose any other centres which are emerging as they don't have successful track records.

Allsoft Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. and Innovative Techno Institute are some of the good options

BITS Pilani is a better option in comparison to PEC University on the basis of return on investment.
