Yes, you can Get admission in RVCE . The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Tech admissions in RVCE through KCET and COMEDK is 45% marks at 12th for general and 40% for reserved candidates.

RV college of engineering Biotechnology fee - 15 lakh For 4 years through Management quota
COmedk- fee is 201960+ College fee Rs 37100
and KCET Fee is- 58806+ College fee Rs 37100.

Yes, I think you should talk to R. V College admissions department and ask about it immediately or you have go through COMEDK and KCET (FOR Karnataka Students) entrance exam.

Generally, when a company visit for placement in any college or university, they have very limited time to select the candidates. But the institute or colleges tried to make it open for as many candidates as they can. Now for saving time, most of the companies apply some filters which help them to control the crowd. Mostly, the company fixes a percentage cap and some other eligibility clearance rounds of GD and PI. And all this happens at the college level only.
