See actually it depends on rank because some time papers could be tough so if you score less also then you can get RV but for the same thing if papers are easy then you have to score more to get into same , generally according to previous trends if your rank comes in rank band of 56k max (speaking about general category) can be helpful to fetch you seat in RV

Aerospace engineering has become a very sought after branch in a small span of time. There is an immense future job prospects and the college is number one. Aerospace has become top 5 branches of RVCE in recent times. CSE&get;ISE&get;ECE&get;MECH&get;AERO

If your rank is in 3 digits it's best but for chemical engineering, civil engineering, industrial management engineering and biotechnology engineering there can be low ranks(5k,10k)
And don't join a course just because the college is great, wait and see all the courses
Check their syllabus then choose your interested course n then join the most optimal college in your rank

For CSE @ RVCE Considering you will get 296/300 in boards, you must score 168 marks or above in order to get a seat in RVCE. If you get these set of marks your rank will be below 150. For general merit students these rankings are good enough. For ECE @ RVCE Considering the same board marks I. e 296/300. For general merit students you must score 165 or above, then your rank will be below 220. This should be enough to get a seat at RVCE. I know its tough to get score such high marks.
