I think, it is difficult, because the students with the rank below 5000 are eligible to get admission into these colleges.

As I see your rank, frankly speaking, it is very high. For admissions in RV and BMS, you need to be under 1000 and for other top colleges, the maximum rank is 15-18K.

25000 is a very high rank to get RV or BMS for any branch. Even you are not eligible for Sir M VIT and BIT in this rank.
