For getting EEE and ME in RVCE, you should get a rank in top 1500 in COMEDK 2018, then only you will be able to get RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Many private colleges offer admission to deserving candidates who are not Indian Nationals. Bangalore has many engineering colleges that offer admission. But unfortunately such information is not available on the click of a button. I am sure your present college will have assistance cell that will help you.
