BSc radiology requires physics, chemistry and biology (PCB) and not PCM, so you will be eligible to take admission in this course.

admission in Jamia Hamdard University for B.Sc radiology is mainly done on the basis of NEET UG. However, non-NEET candidates can also apply but preferences will be given to NEET candidate. The selection of candidates from non NEET will be done on the merit basis. Yes, you definitely you can. There is a huge demand of Ethical Hackers and Cyber security personnel. This field will always be there due to the increasing amount of data and servers.
