Please check their websites for majors and electives. You will get several options. Nowadays we can also see universities offering M.Sc. In User Experience Designs, IOT, Data Science with IOT etc. You must research.

After doing B.Tech in ME, you should go for M.Tech in robotics. It will enhance your skills. Robotics is very relevant to mechanical engineering. Good Luck.

You have to score 250 or above marks in JEE Mains to get admission in best NITs which are offering robotic engineering.

You can choose mechatronics engineering branch. This branch is combination of EC, IT, IC, CS and EE branch and many more. So robotics depends on all these branches.
