One gets his reservation according to his application. You have to show your Certificate according to your application and if you can submit your certificates, then you get the reservation for that. So, first thing is you need to fill the form correctly and carefully. As you havenot mentioned about your rural quota in the form, so now you won't get the facility for that reservation. So, now you arenot eligible for rural quota though you have a Certificate.

Scope of rural manager in India is quite vast and to be frank I don't see being a rural manager limits anyway. For the list of companies you can check the college website because if I start writing I am afraid I might miss out on some. It is a myth that people spread around saying only if you are willing to serve the rural community and are ready to stay in a village then go for rural management. I ask them, if that is so then why do I find Deloitte, PWC coming for recruitment for job location in metro cities? Once you join the course you will anyway like it (take my word) but then I am only limiting my experience to IRMA. Cheers!

IRMA is a good institute to pursue PGDM in Rural Management. They have got good campus, good faculty, infrastructure is also good and placement record is also good. Hello ishan, MBA from any specialisation is good for future. You just need to focus on your qualities and skills in MBA. Jo ki tum krr rhe ho I know. Also if you really want to know MBA in rural management will help you to work on projects and development of the rural areas. You can work with NGOs, Government aided programs, UN bodies that are specially working on the rural areas of the country.
