I'm today's current corporate market they prefer marketing as a very good specialisation for people with our without experience. (If you have a very good communication skill then marketing is the right specialisation to choose). Finance on the other hand also had a very good scope if your good with numbers. Hello!
At that score, it's impossible to get admission even in a decent college anywhere since the cutoff of all good colleges is generally 80+ percentile. I suggest you reappear for CET and/or other exams, and aim for a much better score (and eventually a reputed college).

See, as according to me, I'll suggest you to opt for the training instead of marketing course as marketing is nothing than to sell a product and this can only be achieved when you go out and opt for the sales.
