Hello,
Welingkar gives admission only on merit-basis, i.e. entrance exam scores and the GD-PI rounds for the PGDM programs and 99+ percentile for the MMS program.

Digital Marketing as such requires no minimum qualification, although some institutes ask for a Higher Secondary level qualification. Mostly, it requires only a basic computer and internet surfing skills.

If you are from a reserved category, then yes, you can apply for admission here but if not, you are not eligible. Minimum eligibility for admission in PG courses is 50% in Bachelors degree in relevant subject.
