Hi Nidhi,
There is nothing like "This field is good for women and that is not". For Marketing; there are many girls who are doing PGDM in this sector. However, for field job, probably yes. Because this is the first stage of direct customer interaction. And all the candidates in marketing feild have to go from this phase. If you are able to showcase your convincing, communication, personal selling skills, to recruiter then you will essentially be promoted to decision making position. Both GNIOT and ITS Mohan Nagar are decent colleges for MBA. But in case if you want to pursue PGDM then ITS will be a better option, they provide 100% placement and many big brands like Amazon, Nestle, CCD, HDFC, etc. will come to recruit.

At just 80 percentile in the CAT, it is quite difficult to get an interview call from TAPMI since the cut-off generally has been above 85 percentile.

Hello,Among the two, ITM Navi Mumbai is surely the better option for pursuing PGDM in Marketing. The overall placements and brand name are decent there.

Hello Kunal,
There are many good private colleges for MBA in the country. You can go for Amity University or LPU (Lovely Professional University). These are very good private colleges offering full time MBA degree. You will find a very good infrastructure, experienced faculty members and good placement in these colleges. So visit the campus for admission.
