You can take the exam as long as you have a bachelor's (or equivalent) degree, or be in the final year of your Bachelor's degree at the time of registration, or have four years of qualified, professional work experience or a combination of work/college experience that totals four years.

1. Qualified post-graduation degree or M.Phil. Degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks and above from a recognised university listed under UGC/AIU are eligible for admission to the programme.
2. Applicants are supposed to clear the UGC NET examination held at entry level to the programme.
3. Some reputed colleges and universities will also hold Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
