Don't just go keeping salary in the mind because the above-mentioned specialisation is special in its own. Shazia what will be your salary after MBA depends on 3 factors:
1) From where you are doing your MBA (means reputation & recognition of institutions)
2) How you are doing your MBA (means your complete academic background & extra circular activities)
3) To which company you are going to interview (means how globally is that company or how much company can spend on you) and
4) Your specialisation (means how much your specialty is in the market demand) as you asked. Keeping these 4 factors in the mind I want to suggest you that don't just go to specialisation but keep concern for your complete MBA profile. This will definitely help you to grab desired salary package.
