It depends on the type of companies and type of requirements required by the company. We cannot directly tell what will be the job profile without knowing the requirements from the company.

This year's placement was very good as per their website and source. The minimum package was 4 LPA and maximum went till 10 LPA.

Technically, none of the good and reputed institutes offer MBA program to a fresher average experience required for a 2 years program is 5+ years and for 1 year MBA program is the 10+ years. You may find some one ranked institutes whose name you never heard offering MBA program for fresher but then you may not get placement or not good placement at all. Even if the B school does not say clearly about experiences required, it is difficult to get admission without 2+ years experience. An MBA program without some hands on leadership experience is not worth too.

I would say IES is better than MET and Chetana.

Marketing is a great field at KBS, especially if you want to learn both about above the line & below the line marketing. The professor of marketing is really helpful (not to forget, all professors are really helpful at KBS). Think about what position you are looking post the PGDM in Marketing.

I think you can study environment science as part of distant education. After the completion of your MBA you can do distant education and can learn environmental science.

As per UK rankings, University of Bath, University of Durham, University of Leeds, Manchester University, University of Reading, University of East Anglia, Cardiff, etc. are very good for marketing studies. You have to check the entry requirements on the university websites before applying.
