You may have seen many jobs in sales and CRM but I would suggest for digital marketing.
DM is creating huge scopes in the future.

If you have interest in maths and do have basic knowledge of accounting/banking then, finance is a good field to go for. For HR, you need good soft skills, you need to have the ability to convince people. Marketing needs good analytical and reasoning skills. Marketing and HR do have some similarities in the way of working. At the end it's an individual's interest which matters.

It is not mandatory to have web development skill as a pre-requisite to do digital marketing courses but it will come handy if you have its expertise. You will be taught basics of web development in digital marketing courses.

Both these certifications are entirely different from each other. Now, considering your prior experience of IT sales, I would suggest you to go for SAP as it will be of great help and it will add value to your current standing in organization. Later on, after working as SAP consultant for quite some time, you can go for CRM.

You can opt for certification program in digital marketing and business analytics from Coursera, Edx and Simplilearn to gain lucrative job opportunities.

Web designing is more of backend and it is helpful for animation careers. For digital marketing, you need to learn core marketing and strategy advertising.

16 years of education is not mandatory to study Master's degree in Germany. They accept 15 years or three years Bachelor's degree. You only need 16 years of education to study in USA and Canada.

If you have selected IT then THE best option is to select either Marketing or HR because both the streams require IT skills to operate software like HRIS, Digital Marketing, SEO or SMO. More options are available with Marketing. Finance also play a role in this as it makes use of SAP, Tally and other software. Best options are marketing and finance.

There are two types of profiles in marketing:
1) Hard core sales, lead/client generation making distributor with target oriented job, that is sales profile.
2) Sales team management, customer relations and achieve target through your sales team, market research through team but this segment is not broad.
To get the 2nd profile which is sustainable, it is better to go through CAT. Feel free to write.
