Hubspot propose a good inbound certification: HubSpot - Inbound marketing and sales software.
Salesforce has a great one as well with Pardot B2B Marketing Automation by Salesforce.
Bing ads certification - Bing
Google AdWords certification - Google (PPC) Pay-Per-Click Online Advertising
Google analytics certification - Google Analytics
