In order to reach to senior management role in shorter time frame in large firms, you are advised to do MBA or Executive MBA from Ivory Business Schools such as HBS, Kellogg, Stanford etc.

You should probably use your skills what you have acquired in MBA for good corporate job and sharpen them, you can then opt for some short term courses on Digital marketing and Businesses Analytics from Coursera.

I would suggest you not to go for dual/general MBA as government PSUs and many private companies do not consider it.
According to me, you should choose finance. It will lead you to a career in accounting will let you compete with the CAs. Other than that, it requires more efforts than marketing.
